super clean rooms - meticulously designed common areas. perfect location - close to the market and surrounded by beautiful flowers. staff is super friendly and won't enter your room without permission. the breakfast is delicious and offers vegetarian options. a hidden sanctuary in the city with a stunning banyan tree near the entrance

I always come back to this amazing hotel in Da Lat. The staff once helped me return my forgotten shower bag. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception and security. Can't wait for my next holiday!

The hotel's eco-friendly policy was impressive. The interior was decorated with refined taste, and the breakfast served was top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect- it was situated in the heart of the city, close to major shopping centers and restaurants.

The room was not soundproof which led to a great deal of noise pollution. The second major disadvantage was that toiletries were not provided, and the room was not cleaned properly.

My recent stay at a nature-friendly hotel was amazing. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the lovely outdoor seating areas offered a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day. Lastly, the delectable breakfast selection had many choices, including vegetarian options. the location was convenient as it was close to restaurants and shops.

The noise level in the room was a bit distracting, especially when it was located beside the staircase. Luckily, the helpful staff was understanding and changed my room without any inconvenience.

You can find a good restaurant nearby, where you can taste delicious food. the room has a neat and eye-pleasing interior design. the staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the breakfast is great too.

The soundproofing is not very good, so you may hear noise from the surroundings.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very close to the city center but far enough away from the busy area, making it very quiet at night. We were also pleased to find that transportation to and from the hotel was easy to arrange with the help of the friendly staff. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed us, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was a true highlight, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

For us it was ideal.

The restaurant at Banyan House Eco is absolutely incredible! Every dish I tried was mouthwatering and finger-licking good. The hotel has a very nice decoration that makes it feel comfortable and homey. It's also surprisingly calm and peaceful, which is rare to find in Vietnam. I appreciated the tranquility.

I had a minor inconvenience during my stay, as the hot water flow in the hotel was limited. However, with everything else being so great, it wasn't a big issue.

The Banyan Boutique By 5H is nestled in a beautiful garden, with small houses that create a cozy and unique atmosphere. The surroundings are picturesque and provide a peaceful ambiance, perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. the staff was helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One minor issue we encountered was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The walls of the rooms are not fully isolated, and as a result, we could hear noises from the adjacent rooms as well as outside.
